NPS is expanding its services in Virginia and Maryland.

We offer our full time employees a competitive pay rate as well as:

  • Each fulltime officer receives 40 hours of paid leave for each year of service, to a maximum of 120 hours of paid
    leave annually.
  • Each officer receives a bonus payment for their birthday.
