National Protective Services, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Brian Sutton, a former police officer in the city of Alexandria, VA.
Since its inception, we have always tried to provide the most effective and professional private security service available. Our officers are each the subject of a complete background check and an FBI fingerprint check.
Each officer is fully trained and registered in accordance with the standards set forth by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services and/or the Maryland State Police.
All officers are regularly supervised and each site is equipped with a computerized monitoring system to further oversee the officer's activities.
